Building a community, from scratch — that will last!

NFTFAM and Community, we wanted to give you some insight into how we are planning on building our #CMA community from the ground up with your help and support of course. We want to build it in a way, that not only we feel is the right way to do, but also in a way that clearly outlines where you can get which sort of information, what to expect where and of course some overall guidelines!
Let me spend a couple of minutes laying out of community strategy! Our approach to building out our community can best be simplified as represented with the figure below.
Fundamental each community units around an idea, a passion, a goal, a mission or an overall vision — the community always has an answer (or at least seeks to have an answer for) what is it that we here have in common? and further to that, why are we going to actively interact? Our “what” and “why”, is all centred around: the love for art, technology, creativity, NFTs, coaching, mentoring, personal & professional development and in general helping our community members succeed — this is why we exist! So the key question you need to be willing to ask, and answer is, do you share this passion and belief or not?
As we continue to work out on getting verified on different platforms, it is important that you notice one thing right away! We will never:
a) ask for your wallet address,
b) we will not ask for money or any type of crypto to be send to us!
c) we will not do any give-away of crypto or NFTs on none verified social media! Or in general for that matter (Scarlet is preparing a post on why that is, so stay tuned)

We are still considering to add additional social media channel (tiktok and YouTube being on our top to-look-into) however for now these are the ones we are actively building a presence on. (Make sure you visit us there, and give us a like, tweet, share, and a comment — we appreciate it, a lot!). So how are we going to interact with you, on each of these platforms and how can you in return engage with us? If you have a quick look at below figure, you will see overall how the different media sources will interact, and which one will give you what type of information!
Generally speaking we can divide our community into, one-way communication / announcements, push, and two- / multiple-way communication. For Telegram, and Medium it will mainly be used to share write-ups (share roadmap info, articles, interviews etc.), a fairly one-way communication, of course you can add comments, raise question etc. You are free to share it, like it, etc.
Instagram is our showcase location, here it is again more of a push-out. Twitter we will use much more to “gather” all of our social media, think of it as an overall repository — like, comment, retweet / share is available for you, but you can also go to the actual source and follow up directly there. The one that really will allow for active engagement is going to be discord, and here we are currently working on building the structure, defining “rules” and norms, setting up FAQ, etc. so we can ensure that it does not become a schilling place, but a workplace for serious artists, collectors and early investors! Our discord aims to become a place for you to go to share experience, gain new experience, learn from others, engage, observe, be mentored, coached and grow professionally as well as personally.
Social media can be hard to navigate, too much, too little, not enough, where can I find what? What should I look at first? What can I expect from where? We hope by outlining our strategy it gives you a bit more clear sense of what to expect from where. Building a community from nothing to something, that adds a great deal of value to our community members takes time, effort, adjustments and adoption.
We are committed to make the changes and adjustments when, where and if needed! We always appreciate your active engagement with us and your objective feedback!
