Roadmap: Community centric to the core
It has been around for thousands of years, yet only just recently has it really started taking a front seat again, yes we are talking about communities! From the early days of mankind, humans has been gathering around the fire, telling stories, sharing information and generally speaking used it as a way to socialize -We, human-beings, need to connect and feel welcomed!
However over time we have placed less and less emphasis on the actual meaning of the word, we have focused much more on placing the person in the centre, everybody all of a sudden being equally unique as the small little snowflakes we decided to become. Our focus away from a sense of community, to individualism, has meant a strong deviation for the collective good of the group, to a “me first” mentality, the get rich quick scheme. Along side with the individualistic approach, fuelled by a winner-takes it all mentality, has literally derailed and polluted our way of thinking and behaving! A sense of community serves to many benefits to be listed here, we are social beings, we need to connect, we need to join others around what can not mostly be described as a “virtual” campfire, feel warm, welcomed and safe.
We are not arguing for a world without individual behaviour, nor are we arguing the basic fundamentals of a socialist approach as the way forward! However there is no denying that we function the best in groups, especially in groups that allows open and honest feedback, support and coaching. If you just woke up yesterday and got involved in Crypto / digital assets, you will hear the ongoing ramble of community first, community this, community that, however once you start to dig a bit deeper, the meaning of community, within our industry, is already taking a turn for the worse, schilling, pump, dump, oh and the direct scamming of members and / or viewers of content that is served garbage — there is no end to it!
What we at #CMA suggest is a framework, where we initially start up the conversation, light the fire, nurture it (Yes we will be coaching, mentoring and advising our community via our channels going forward!)— only for us eventually to take a backseat and let our community take the full responsibility of where we will be going next (this will happen on discord to begin with!). Further to such an approach, our dedication to a FULL community centric approach will be with our ,future treasury! For every NFT we sell, we will recoup our initial investment (we need to be cost neutral of course, and some costs will need to be recovered in dirty fiat — *exchanges rate can vary will will inform you of that as well), all funds available after that will be added to our treasury, and will be staked / invested in CRYPTO, with one purpose only, to allow the community to eventually:
a) decide on what charity to support, Yes a certain percentage will be given to charities!
b) which new #CMA squad member will receive funding to help launch his / her NFT collection!
Consider it a fund for early seeding and / or angle investing + a philanthropic fund , that our community decided on how to utilize! We will inform our community members monthly of our sales, revenue, cost and profit, (and potential forward looking costs)and how much gets added to our treasury (means of communication will most likely be on discord or Telegram), and is available for funding! You in return have the hard decision on how to best invest it, and make it most impactful, that’s our commitment to you all, for the community — by the community!
So what’s the benefits from a collectors perspective? Glad you asked, well consider this, you purchase your first unique “Welcome to the jungle” NFT, let’s say at 0.1 sol, and you actively participate as one of our community builders, the more we spread the word, the more people will know of our squads, the higher the probability that we will sell out on future drops, the floor prices will go up, and more profit will be generated for all of us, you keep your profit (do with that whatever you please), however ours will be available to help our community, as mentioned above, so basically a double-whammy for you!

Our community is in its very infancy we are aware of that, but now is the time for all of us, to start the building of a strong foundation, that will last and more importantly thrive, during the ups and downs, that not only society puts us through, but also that of the CRYPTO bear and bull markets! A community that focus on growing in importance and relevance through coaching, mentoring and advising, not only in business, but also your own personal development and growth! Our community is our only reason for existence, so we want to make sure we do the right thing for you, now and in the future!
