Roadmap: Pricing and future drop information
A fair and rewarding way for pricing and drops, is the way forward to drive community engagement, and reward long term HODLers.
Before we actually drop our “Young & Reckless” theme, from the overall “Welcome to the jungle” collection, I wanted to spend a couple of minutes explaining our pricing strategy, and drop approach so it is clear for you — our valued community member!
As Hawkeye already mentioned in a previous posts, we are all about transparency, authenticity and trust, hence us being absolutely 100% honest about everything we do! You should know by now, the “Welcome to the Jungle” is a unique 10.000 piece collection, that — when the cap is hit, blue-prints will be destroyed and no further pieces will ever be made! The first theme we have is our “Young & Reckless”, where we are introducing Luther, our teen HERO! The “Y&R” theme is 250 unique pieces, with 5 level of rarity (rarity will be based on layers, accessories, details, colour, background etc.)! Each trench will consist of 50 pieces.
Once we are ready to drop our collection, we will announce it first on our discord, Telegram, twitter and finally on Instagram, it will happen in that order, to allow our community members to load up on their $SOL, prepare their wallets, bookmark our SolSea location and generally speaking get excited and ready! After that we will drop in incrementals, 50 pieces at a time, once the specific trench will be sold out, we will drop another trench, until we hit the final trench.
We believe this to be a fair way to do the drop, and to give everybody an equal chance to pick up their favourite piece from our collection! Once we have sold-out “Young & Reckless” we will announce further drops going forward — but we will NEVER do back to back drops of new and different collections!
For our pricing strategy, we are using a Stair-stepper floor price model, which looks like the following:
a) First 1–50 Pieces, price will be: 0,1 Sol
b) Next 50–100 pieces, price will be: 0,25 Sol
c) Then next 100–150 piece, price will be: 0,5 Sol
d) The next 150–200 pieces, price will be: 0,75 Sol
e) Finally the last 200–250 pieces, price will be: 1 Sol
A small “Easter-egg” for you guys, we are planning on dropping “unique collectors NFTs only” as well, where we will have a hard-cap at 50 pieces. These unique pieces will be announced only on our discord! We will not be promoting to the wider audience (only after the drop is live and sold-out), price will all enter as a top-trench drop, meaning 1 Sol a piece!
